Job summary
VisionWorks is seeking a Clinical Specialist/Optometric Assistant to ensure a great patient experience by preparing patients for onsite and remote examinations, performing pre-exam tests, and guiding patients through the process. You will liaise between patients and Optometrists and support the initial steps of the patient journey.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, patient-focused, and able to explain procedures clearly.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for onsite and/or remote examinations.
- Complete pre-exam diagnostic tests.
- Explain each step of the process to patients.
- Serve as liaison between patients and Optometrists.
