Job summary

Visionworks is seeking charismatic individuals to be the heart of our brand as Clinical Specialist/Optometric Assistant. You will help patients look and see great, guiding them through the eye care journey with warmth and clarity.

Responsibilities include maintaining patient records, introducing patients to the OD, transitioning them to the sales floor, and supporting the exam lane with inventory, equipment cleaning, and phone coverage. Part-time role in Florida.

Qualifications

• Customer or patient service experience preferred.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient records before preliminary testing.
• Introduce patient to OD and provide key patient information.
• Transition patient from doctor to sales floor with essential information.
• Support exam lane operations: restocking, cleaning equipment, answering phones.
