Job summary

Man Group in New York seeks a Trade Support Analyst to assist traders and portfolio managers with day-to-day trade bookings and settlements, capturing all US securities trades and supporting the UK desk as needed.

You will liaise with Compliance, Legal, Investment Teams, IT and Settlement to resolve issues, monitor US option expiries, and ensure accurate positions while supporting a global operations workflow.

Responsibilities

• Assist traders and portfolio managers with trade bookings and settlements.
• Capture all US trades and support UK team when needed.
• Provide US afternoon support to London and coordinate with operations to resolve issues.
• Liaise with Compliance on fund limits and ensure correct positions.
• Coordinate handover between London and US close, and manage ad-hoc issues.
