Job summary

MI Windows and Doors LLC in Gratz, PA is seeking an Optimizer Operator for the 3rd shift. Pay rate starts at $22.65 per hour, plus a $1.50 per hour shift differential, with shift hours Sunday 9:00 PM to Thursday 5:30 AM.

Responsibilities include interpreting orders, measuring stock, maintaining safety and quality standards, and participating in continuous process improvements. Candidates should be able to read a tape measure and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Comply with all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Inspect work‑in‑process and finished units to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Understand quality process sheets and responsibilities.
• Provide or actively participate in continued process improvements.
• Maintain regular punctual attendance.
• Identify the correct glass types and glass variations.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or a GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Must be able to maintain a fast pace with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
• Excellent teamwork skills; develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
• 40+ hours a week.
