Job summary

MI Windows and Doors LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Receiver / Forklift Operator for the Gratz, PA plant on 3rd shift (Sun-Thur, 9pm-5:30am). Starting pay is $22.65 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential.

Responsibilities include receiving, cataloging, and preparing materials for production, with data entry in the ERP system. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver license, forklift license, and 3–6 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–6 months of experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Valid driver license and basic computer skills.
• ERP system experience or willingness to learn are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, catalog, and organize materials for production.
• Replenish manufacturing lines and file paperwork.
• Verify quantities against packing slips and transfer materials in the ERP system.
• Data entry, scanning bar codes, and cycle counting.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and communicate with Receiving Supervisor.

MITER has enhanced safety protocols in order to promote a healthy work environment.GENERAL PURPOSE:This position is responsible for duties related to receiving, cataloging and organization of materials used for production purposes, as well as the preparation of materials for the shop floor.Duties and Responsibilities:• Replenishes manufacturing lines with requested material and files appropriate paperwork• Empty gaylords and dumpsters and complete paperwork• Maintains a clean and organized work area• Verifies quantities of material received against packing slip• Places incoming material in designated area• Communicates with Receiving Supervisor and Buyer/Planners to ensure adequate Inventory Levels• Completes cycle counting• Data entry – receiving and transfer of product in SB Client (ERP system).• Scanning – taking bar code labels from Buyer/Planners and placing on product as it is received. Use of hand-held scanners to receive & transfer inventory items.• Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:• The employee will be required to obtain powered industrial truck license additional training on moving baskets and glass.• Three to six months of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.• Possess a valid driver license.• Basic computer skills in Microsoft software.• ERP System experience or willingness to learn• The employee is regularly required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear.
