Job summary

ASML in Wilton, CT seeks an Optics Planning Excellence Lead to drive planning optimization through standardization, automation, and digital initiatives. You will develop scalable processes, dashboards, and analytics to enable data-driven decisions and enhance planning maturity across the organization.

The role collaborates with Planning Management and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, implement best practices, and build sustainable planning capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years in Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Industrial Engineering, Process Excellence, or related field.
• Proven experience leading process improvement, automation, digitalization, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong PM, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder mgmt skills.
• Experience with BI, automation, and data visualization tools such as Excel, Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills across functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as optics planning SME for planning excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute the Optics Planning Excellence roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve planning effectiveness and performance.
• Drive standardization of planning processes, governance, reporting, and best practices.
• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify processes and reduce waste.
• Develop and maintain planning standards, SOPs, work instructions, training materials.
