Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking a WF Optics Fabrication Architect Manager to lead a technical team ensuring output and quality meet business strategies. You will guide cross-functional teams, drive process development, and mentor engineers to deliver robust production-ready processes.

The role requires strong leadership, deep fabrication knowledge, and the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization while managing critical metrics and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of science in an engineering or scientific field.
• 7+ years in high-tech, production environments.
• 3+ years of people management or team lead experience.
• Experience interfacing with multiple levels of leadership on technical topics.
• Hands-on experience with multiple fabrication disciplines and glass/ceramic materials.

Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret WF Optics Technical Roadmaps and ensure on-time realization of robust processes.
• Organize team members and projects to secure ASML's strategic vision, including gaps in equipment, tooling, personnel, and tech.
• Coach team members to interface with stakeholders to align product production risks and ensure robust processes.
• Provide technical oversight and ensure delivery of reliable processes meeting schedule and quality requirements.
• Define, track, and report performance metrics to Senior Management: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost.
