Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Planner for the Wilton Development & Engineering organization. You will lead strategic office and lab planning, manage capacity, and partner with stakeholders to align space with long-term innovation goals.

You will analyze headcount forecasts, occupancy trends, and portfolio impacts while driving process improvements and creating data-driven dashboards for governance and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business planning, facilities planning, workplace strategy, space planning, portfolio management, operations planning, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Office & Lab Planning: Develop and maintain office and laboratory space plans aligned with growth and priorities.
• Demand & Capacity Management: Partner with stakeholders to understand workspace needs and analyze headcount forecasts and occupancy trends.
• Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership: Build relationships and influence decision-making with data-driven insights.
• Data Analysis, Reporting & Visualization: Create dashboards and executive-level reporting to support planning decisions.
• Project & Portfolio Support: Assist moves, reconfigurations, expansions, and cross-project coordination.
• Continuous Improvement: Standardize planning processes, improve data quality, and automate workflows.
