Job summary

ASML US is seeking a Senior Business Planner to support Office and Lab Planning for the Wilton Development & Engineering organization. You will ensure engineers and project teams have the required workspace and lab environments, collaborating with leaders, Corporate Real Estate, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Masters preferred.
• 4+ years in business planning, facilities planning, workplace strategy, space planning, portfolio management, or related discipline.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting to support decisions.
• Experience in technical/engineering/high-tech environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain office and laboratory space plans aligned with growth and strategic objectives.
• Translate requirements into practical workspace solutions balancing capacity, utilization, cost, and constraints.
• Support long-range planning by evaluating future demand, capacity, and portfolio impacts.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand current and future workspace needs and analyze headcount forecasts.
• Analyze occupancy trends and develop mitigation strategies for capacity risks.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and influence decision-making through business cases.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support planning and governance.
• Support moves, reconfigurations, and expansion projects; ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Drive standardization and optimization of planning processes and governance.
