Sam's Club is seeking an eyewear-focused associate to provide member service on the Sales Floor and within the Optical area. You will assist with purchases, process transactions, and help maintain displays while ensuring accuracy in pricing and paperwork.

The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and delivering a seamless member experience, including handling payments, exchanges, and documenting pretests where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with purchasing decisions in the Optical area.
• Process member purchases, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Stock, price, and merchandise displays; maintain organized displays.
• Measure, adjust, and repair eyewear as needed; complete eyewear orders.
• Maintain clean, organized optical area and logs.
