• Prepare quotations, manage Atlas, organize sales files, and assist with customer inquiries or requests.
• Sales Order Status Monitoring, Dashboard Management
• Sales Order Updates & Notifications
• Manage Customer Satisfaction Dashboard, identify areas to improve satisfaction and communicate solutions to management.
• Maintain existing client relationships and understand customer needs; collaborate with engineering to assess optical requirements.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals and provide professional, timely customer interactions.
• Assist with shipping/logistics tasks as needed and support overall workflow.
