Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Current & valid state Opticianry license.
• 1+ year(s) management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes & policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers & calculators.
• Must have a strong command of the English language for all written correspondence & oral communication.
• Demonstrated high-level selling skills.
• Proven ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality & improvement to meet or exceed KPIs: Comps, % Sales to Plan, Conversion, Customer Count, etc.
• Supports the store manager in diagnosing the business & driving results.
• Leads a team with strong knowledge & skills and provides training & guidance.
• Drives recruiting, staffing, and talent development.
• Maintains store appearance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintains a safe working environment and flexible scheduling (nights/weekends).
• Performs lens and eyewear knowledge tasks as per state requirements when licensed.
