LensCrafters is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager and act as a business owner within the market. You will drive key performance indicators and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional eye-care experiences.

Responsibilities include improving sales, managing store operations, and maintaining strong customer service. The role requires a strong communication skills and flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes & policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Proficiency with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
• Strong English communication for all written and oral work.
• Excellent selling and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and support the Store Manager.
• Drive key store KPIs including sales, conversion, traffic and profitability.
• Develop team and provide constructive feedback with the Store Manager.
• Ensure visual standards and store appearance are maintained.
• Collaborate with doctors and maintain positive relationships with staff.
