Responsibilities

• Fit, adjust, and sell eyewear with confidence.
• Help patients select frames and lenses to match prescription, lifestyle and style.
• Analyze eyewear prescriptions for accuracy and satisfaction.
• Deliver a welcoming, high-quality customer experience from check-in to checkout.
• Support the store manager with frame pricing and monthly inventory counts.
• Assist with daily office operations, including phones, greeting patients, filing, and data entry.
• Step in to support other office locations as needed.
