Warby Parker is seeking a licensed dispensing optician to join our East Liberty optical team. You will take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure accuracy while guiding customers through prescription details and product options.

You will work with a collaborative team to uphold our standards, deliver exemplary service, and help customers choose frames and lenses based on their needs and lifestyle. This is a full-time on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states requiring a license or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Commitment to eyewear retail and customer service excellence.
• Strong communication skills to explain prescriptions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist customers with eyewear needs and measurements.
• Record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, face fit, and lifestyle.
• Contribute to best practices for sales and customer service across the organization.
• Represent Warby Parker and educate customers about our values and mission.
