Qualifications

• High School or GED required
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred but not required
• Minimum of one year optician experience preferred
• HIPAA familiarity preferred
• Proficient with MS Office and Windows

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting eyewear and accessories
• Take and interpret prescriptions, ensure proper frame fit
• Enter prescription data into EHR/ALE and track orders
• Maintain frame boards and organize displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and address questions
