Job summary

Oakley is seeking an Optician to educate customers and elevate their performance using Oakley eyewear and services. You will lead in-store optical operations, partner with management on growth opportunities, and train team members to become experts in our products.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, strong communication, and community engagement to expand our customer base. A licensed optician and at least 1 year of retail experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current State Optician License.
• 1+ years of retail sales experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience with urgency and care.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and clearly explain lens/frame benefits.
• Lead optical operations and collaborate with Store Management on Rx expansion opportunities.
• Foster team learning to become experts in Oakley optics and services.
• Build relationships with the local community to attract new customers.
