Job summary

Oakley is seeking an Optician to educate customers and elevate performance through exceptional service. You will lead optical operations, grow the Rx business, and train team members to become eyewear experts while engaging with the local community to attract new customers.

Qualifications

• Current State Optician License required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of optical theory and practices.
• 1+ years in retail sales.
• Flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication; relationship-building.
• Standing for long periods; ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to move merchandise and work on the sales floor.
