Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) with optical background preferred; associate degree in optics acceptable.
• 3–5 years of related optical testing or assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret optical measurements and performance data.

Responsibilities

• Perform optical testing of transmission, wavefront error, and boresight.
• Optimize assembly via mechanical alignment and shim adjustments.
• Interpret test results and identify adjustments to improve performance.
• Troubleshoot test equipment and alignment issues.
• Ensure compliance with clean-room protocols and safety policies.
