Job summary

IDEX is seeking an Optics Technician to advance manufacturing of high-precision optical components. The role involves metrology, handling and assembly in clean room conditions, and close collaboration with engineering on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with optical components is a plus.
• Familiarity with clean room and ESD safe environments constraints a plus.
• Familiarity with microscope inspection techniques a plus.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks requiring exacting concentration.
• Proficient with basic computer use (Word, Excel) and email.
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn new skills.
• Team player with solid communication skills.
