Job summary

Target Optical in Chicago is seeking a high-impact leader to grow the Territory business through strategic planning and execution of objectives. You will oversee field leaders across multiple regions, aligning retail, doctor, and lab services with brand initiatives to drive profitability and guest experience.

You will coach leaders, manage budgets, and ensure sales targets are met while collaborating with marketing and finance to deliver strong results across stores.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years’ multi-unit & management experience.
• Demonstrated analytical, critical and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop high performing field leaders to run stores.
• Drive territory sales by implementing effective strategies to meet targets.
• Review KPIs to maximize regional and store performance and take corrective actions.
• Translate analytics into actionable, sustainable results.
• Coach and develop field teams and align with brand vision.
• Monitor labor thresholds down to store level to ensure productivity.
• Oversee budgets, compensation programs and incentive planning.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, HR to address business issues.
