Clarkson Eyecare Overland, MO is seeking an Optical Technician (Optician) to dispense and fit glasses and contacts per physician prescriptions. You will help patients choose frames, measure facial features, and process orders in the E360 system.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and basic computer skills. Office hours align with open times Monday through Saturday, with potential variable shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients.
• Current ABO/ABOC and NCLE certifications preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Embrace the Total Patient Experience to build relationships with patients while delivering medical support.
• Determine patients' needs and recommend frames, lenses and contacts.
• Assist with selecting frames, taking measurements, and processing orders in E360.
