Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role or equivalent education and experience.
• Previous medical office experience preferred; ophthalmic experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting appropriate frames based on style and prescriptions.
• Educate patients on lenses and frame options.
