Qualifications

• ABO/Shopko OCE Certification required.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Optician experience desired.
• Supervisory experience with strong customer service focus (preferably in an optical store or retail setting).
• Able to analyze and solve issues of varied scope and implement solutions.
• Solid organizational and planning skills.
• Able to monitor progress toward goals.
• Able to analyze financial data and address improvements.
• Able to set goals and motivate team.
• Able to multi-task in a changing environment.
• Strong commitment to customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily store operations and merchandising execution.
• Dispense eyewear and provide patient care in accordance with standards.
• Support hiring, training, and performance coaching of staff.
• Lead the team in the General Manager's absence.
• Help with store scheduling and HR policy compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales and margins.
