Visionworks in Lombard, IL is seeking an Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead the store in the GM's absence and exemplify the Visionworks way. You will supervise the floor, coach associates, and ensure a smooth patient journey with a focus on service excellence.

As a full-time role, you will drive daily sales goals, coordinate appointments, and support the General Manager in achieving financial targets while maintaining a welcoming and professional store environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote the store's profitability and achieve sales targets.
• Model the patient/customer journey and supervise staff in exam lane and sales area.
• Support the GM by coordinating doctor appointments and services.
• Coach and motivate associates to deliver excellent patient experiences.
• Use sound judgment to resolve issues in partnership with the GM.
• Execute store operations to meet financial and customer experience goals.
