Shopko Optical in Wisconsin is seeking a dynamic leader to assist the General Manager in daily store operations and patient care. You will help drive sales, set goals, and ensure outstanding customer service while mentoring the store team.

The role requires ABO/OCE certification, optician experience, and supervisory skills. You will participate in training, scheduling, and HR tasks, contributing to a high-performing, compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• ABO/Shopko OCE certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as an optician or in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily store operations and achieving financial targets.
• Lead, hire, train, coach and manage the store team; step in during the GM's absence.
• Dispense eyewear and deliver patient care following professional standards.
• Plan schedules, set performance goals, and drive merchandising and customer service strategies.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and federal/state regulations.
