Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (P&L).
• Oversee eyeglass department efficiency and compliance with policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure associates do the same.
• Review quality and enforce policies to maintain standards.
• Communicate store reports to General Manager and District Manager.
• Ensure promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising are in place.
