Job summary

ASML is seeking self-motivated Optical Technicians for the Spindle Polishing Technician role. You will fabricate some of the world’s most advanced optical components used in semiconductor photolithography machines, emphasizing precision and safety. No prior experience is required.

The team values attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work with hand tools. Shift is Front End Days 6 am–6 pm, with 4 days on, and rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in a vocational trade preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pitch polish optics to specification without direct supervision.
• Clean, inspect, and test optics using various equipment.
• Measure workpiece conformance using metrology tools including Zygo Interferometer.
• Maintain 5S in the work area and follow English work instructions.
• Collaborate with Production Engineering to improve efficiency.
• Identify and escalate unsafe conditions and quality issues.
