Job summary

ASML in Wilton, CT is seeking an experienced optical polisher for front end night shift. You will polish precision optics on conventional spindle equipment, inspect surfaces, and verify part conformance to specifications.

Responsibilities include measurement with micrometers and interferometers, routine documentation, working safely with high-value components, and following ISO and safety procedures. Prior spindle polishing knowledge is a plus; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Intermediate mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of SAP a plus.
• Previous optical spindle polishing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Polish precision optics on conventional spindles.
• Perform visual surface inspection to ISO standards.
• Measure work-piece conformance with micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and interferometers.
• Maintain safe operating environment and wear PPE as required.
• Document discrepancies and communicate with supervisors and co-workers across shifts.
• Follow written and verbal work instructions and blueprint interpretation.
