The role requires a Bachelor's in business or related field, 3–5 years in healthcare or retail operations, strong KPI reporting, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; travel across locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in business operations, retail management, sales, marketing, healthcare operations, or equivalent.
• Strong budgeting, financial analysis, revenue growth, KPI reporting, and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the optical service line across Illinois Eye Center locations.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and patient experience in the department.
• Oversee budgeting, merchandising, marketing, and vendor partnerships.
• Coordinate multi-site operations and enforce HIPAA and compliance requirements.
