The role requires proven leadership in optical, retail, or healthcare management, strong communication, and a track record of improving performance. Proficiency with MS Office and insurance processing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the optical dispensary, ensuring efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Build and maintain partnerships with clients, providers, technicians, and staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing optical sales team.
• Oversee sales performance, inventory, patient flow, and merchandising strategies.
• Ensure accurate processing of orders and insurance claims, and timely financial reports.
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including sales and receivables.
• Implement promotional initiatives and input on product selection and inventory.
• Serve as the primary liaison between leadership and clients.
