Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients in a friendly, professional manner and resolve inquiries in person or by phone.
• Accurately schedule appointments and maintain patient records in the POS and EMR systems.
• Explain optical products and tomography to patients.
• Enter prescriptions for eyeglasses and contact lenses and coordinate shipping to patients.
