Job summary

EyeCare Partners LLC seeks an Optical Technician to deliver a total patient experience and maximize retail sales. You will play a vital role in dispensing and fitting glasses and contacts, ensuring patient needs are met while working closely with Optometrists and Ophthalmologists.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office or similar setting, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Physical stamina is required due to the nature of the work, and a high school diploma is

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer/patient interaction.
• Previous medical office experience preferred.
• Favorable result on background check required.
• Proof of identity and right to work in the U.S. needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute Total Patient Experience to build relationships.
• Assist patients in selecting frames based on needs.
• Educate on lenses, coatings, and frames.
• Accurately collect optical measurements.
• Dispense and adjust glasses and contact lenses.
