Job summary

Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead is the face of the store, guiding patients through the eyewear journey with warmth and expertise.

You will drive the customer experience, train in optical products, and help patients select eyewear that fits their vision needs. This part-time role focuses on achieving daily sales goals, engaging with customers to recommend products, and ensuring eyewear accuracy.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
• Related customer or patient experience preferred
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for eyewear and ensure fit/knowledge to get eyewear right the first time
• Execute day-to-day store operations to support financial and customer experience goals including restocking and order fulfillment
