Job summary

Sam's Club in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Optical Associate to stock, display eyewear, and assist members with eyewear decisions and measurements. You will operate the POS, process purchases, returns, and ensure proper documentation in the Optical area.

You will support OD services, maintain compliance with HIPAA, and help labs and optometrists with product updates and orders as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent to sit for ABO exam.
• Willingness and ability to obtain ABO certification within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Stock and present Optical merchandise, set up displays, and process purchases at the POS.
• Assist members with eyewear decisions, measurements, and frame adjustments.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and follow state and company procedures in the Optical area.

Education
