West-Point Optical LLC in Highlands Ranch, Colorado seeks a Sales Associate to attract and retain patients by delivering an exceptional experience and promoting doctor satisfaction. The role includes driving store sales, building relationships with colleagues and doctors, and assisting patients with eyeglasses and lenses.

The successful candidate will perform optical measurements, guide patients on vision care plans, and ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery quotes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or comparable experience in retail (1–2 years).
• Company will make reasonable accommodations upon request.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by fostering a retail selling culture and using effective sales skills.
• Develop professional relationships with other associates and Doctors.
• Fill ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions and fit lenses and frames, using patient visual requirements.
• Recommend lenses and coatings to suit patient needs.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinating with prescription and patient needs.
• Perform optical-related measurements.
• Ensure accurate pricing, POS entry, and realistic delivery quotes.
• Provide guidance on Managed Vision Care.
• Help merchandize stores per Planogram and Company standards.
• Other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
