West Point Optical Group in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Sales Associate to attract and retain patients by delivering an exceptional experience and supporting doctor satisfaction. You will drive store sales, assist with eyeglass prescriptions, frame fittings, and lens selections.

The role requires strong communication, retail/customer service experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a team and adapt to planogram standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Ability to sell through use of sales skills and meet/exceed patient expectations.
• Experience with personal computers preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive profitable store sales by fostering a retail selling culture and using effective sales skills.
• Develop professional relationships with associates and Doctors.
• Fill ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions and fit lenses/frames to patient needs.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinating frames to prescriptions and needs.
• Provide guidance to patients regarding Managed Vision Care.
• Ensure store merchandising according to Planogram and Company standards.
• Other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
