Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club Optical Associate (ABO certified) in Chandler, AZ is responsible for stocking and presenting merchandise, assisting members with eyewear selections, and maintaining the optical area according to store policies.

You will measure pupillary distance, assist with lens orders, perform frame adjustments, and coordinate with labs/optometrists while ensuring accurate prescriptions and compliant records.

Qualifications

• Active ABO certification with CE requirements to maintain certification.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise display; sign, price, and secure items; manage damage and returns.
• Educate members on eyewear usage; assist with fittings, measurements, and lens orders.
• Frame adjustments and repairs; handle receipts and payments through POS.
• Coordinate with labs/optometrists; schedule appointments and support OD services.
