Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to provide an easy, memorable experience and promote products.
• Perform pre-testing as needed.
• Assist patients and customers to choose eyewear within budget and eye care needs.
• Attain sales goals while adhering to company and local policies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction; resolve questions and remedy issues.
