Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service and sales success in a fast-paced retail setting
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing business needs, and work well in a team
• Strong communication skills with diverse customers

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify eyewear needs
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear within budget and care requirements
• Troubleshoot prescriptions and resolve customer issues
• Achieve sales goals while following policies and procedures
• Maintain brand standards and basic housekeeping in-store and lab areas
• Assist with simple repairs and ensuring timely delivery of orders
• Monitor delivery times to meet customer commitments
