Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Consultant to create a friendly and memorable eyewear shopping experience in-store. You will greet customers, assess needs, and guide them through our sales process to fulfill eyewear needs.

This dynamic role offers performance-based pay with commissions, plus benefits and growth opportunities. A high school diploma and 1+ year of retail customer service are required; optical experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Effective communication with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify needs to provide an easy, memorable experience.
• Assist customers in choosing eyewear within budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription-related issues and resolve complaints.
• Meet sales goals while complying with policies and procedures.
• Follow quality control standards including OSHA and maintain brand standards in-store and in the lab.
