Stanton Optical is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to deliver an easy, memorable eyewear shopping experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will guide customers through our unique sales process to fulfill eyewear needs and occupy a pivotal role in earning potential.

You will thrive on delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales goals and growing with Now Optics in a dynamic team environment. Optical experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service with sales in fast-paced retail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team.
• Effective communication with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers and identify their needs to create an easy experience.
• Help customers choose eyewear within budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve complaints.
• Meet sales goals while following policies.
• Maintain quality standards and safety requirements.
• Ensure brand standards in lab area and notify of malfunctions.
• Assist with simple repairs and edge stock lenses for timely delivery.
• Track delivery times to ensure promised service.
