Stanton Optical, a fast-growing optical retailer, is seeking a Sales Consultant who creates a memorable experience for patients while guiding them through our eyewear selection and sales process. You will greet customers, identify needs, and help choose eyewear that fits budgets and eye care requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify needs to provide an easy, memorable experience.
• Assist patients to choose eyewear that fits their budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot and identify prescription-related problems.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to remedy situations.
• Attain sales goals while complying with company and local policies.
• Adhere to quality control standards including OSHA and safety requirements.
• Perform basic housekeeping to maintain brand standards in the store and lab areas.
• Assist with simple repairs, edge lenses, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
