Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify needs to provide an easy, memorable experience.
• Help customers choose eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription-related issues and resolve complaints.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales goals while following policies and procedures.
• Maintain brand and safety standards, perform basic housekeeping, and assist in lab work for timely delivery.
