• 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment.

• Skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store, identifying needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience while offering available products/services.
• Assist customers to choose eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescriptions and resolve customer complaints, providing solutions.
