You will apply your opticianry expertise to guide teams, ensure accurate lens selections, and uphold the highest optical standards while driving store performance.

The role requires a current state Opticianry license, strong leadership, and a passion for eyewear and patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED and an active state Opticianry license.
• Strong optical knowledge and retail experience.
• Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and train others and handle sales responsibilities.
• Familiarity with basic math, cash handling and POS systems.
• Edging and mounting experience and basic optics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide unsurpassed customer service in a retail setting.
• Lead and train team; ensure product knowledge and accurate execution.
• Assist customers with selections and recommendations; support sales.
• Serve as alternate store key holder and maintain store security.
• In-lab duties: support lens fitting, edging and mounting when needed.
