America’s Best in Maplewood, part of National Vision, is seeking a General Manager with strong retail leadership to drive store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll oversee staffing, inventory, merchandising, coaching, and reporting while partnering with the Doctor to ensure high-quality patient care.

You will recruit and develop talent, manage budgets, marketing initiatives, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Knowledge of retail operations and profitability.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all daily store operations, including staffing, inventory management, planning, and enforcing company policies.
• Lead, train, and develop associates through coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities.
• Monitor store performance and guide staff to deliver excellent customer and patient experiences.
• Partner with the Doctor to ensure every patient receives the highest level of care.
• Conduct store audits and uphold quality, merchandising, and service standards.
• Maintain open communication with leadership and provide accurate reporting.
• Manage budgets, marketing initiatives, and inventory to meet financial goals.
