Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty when needed.
• Lead store talent acquisition and development, including recruiting and coaching.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services and HR.
• Analyze reports to ensure team goals are met and operational standards upheld.
• Ensure lab production supports Now Service and Ready When Promised.
• Assist with repairs and lens edging to expedite orders.
• Maintain brand standards and report equipment or order issues.
• Monitor delivery times to patients and maintain 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
