Eyetastic Services seeks an outstanding Optical Manager to lead a sophisticated optical department in an upscale private practice. You will inspire a team, ensure a five-star patient experience, and oversee lenses, frames, and lab processes with professional polish.

This fast-paced, luxury environment rewards leadership, excellence, and clear communication. Travel between office locations is required to support our discerning clientele.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dispensing Optician (LDO) or equivalent optical experience.
• Significant management experience in eye care leadership.
• Experience in private practice preferred.
• Experience working in an optical lab is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of optical department to ensure a five-star patient experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of optical professionals to high standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and lab processes for lenses and frames.
• Uphold professional dress code and polished demeanor in all interactions.
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to support office goals and foster a culture of excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple office locations as needed.
