Eyetastic Services is seeking an Optical Manager to lead a fast-paced, upscale optical department. You will oversee daily operations, mentor a team of optical professionals, and manage lens/frame lab workflows to ensure exceptional patient experiences.

Ideal candidates bring extensive optical leadership, an LDO license, and private-practice background. Travel between locations and maintaining a professional appearance are expected in this dynamic, customer-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dispensing Optician (LDO) or equivalent optical experience.
• Significant management experience in eye care leadership.
• Background in private practice preferred.
• Experience in an optical lab is desirable.
• Demonstrated professionalism and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a sophisticated optical department to ensure a five-star patient experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of optical professionals to high standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and lab processes for lenses and frames.
• Uphold professional dress code and polished demeanor.
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to support office goals and culture of excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple locations as needed.
